2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) jllibet account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. jllibet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Employee Exclusion. Current employees of jllibet, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jllibet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. jllibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your jllibet account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jllibet customer support immediately. jllibet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). jllibet is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your jllibet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jllibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jllibet cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. 4.4 Currency. All transactions on the jllibet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jllibet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jllibet complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by jllibet are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, failing which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

10.2 jllibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jllibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
